Maximillian sunflowers
So, 11 days after the surgery.....I know I was all "it's gonna be ok" kind of stuff. And it is. Except for when it isn't. Yesterday I was convinced it would never be ok again, and then this morning, I was back to ok. Certain I can get out there and let people see me next Sunday. I sure hope I can hold on to that feeling, or if not, that it will come an go, and be good again on Saturday. I just can't do this self imposed isolation much longer.
Along with all this stay at home all the time crap, I have had way too much time to watch tv. Oh, I've done other things, as I think I made clear in my last post. But I found this series with 22 seasons! 22 SEASONS!! That's a lot of TV. The series is called Gray's Anatomy. I might be the only person who never watched it.
It's driving me crazy. Meredith, who can't seem to make up her mind about anything ~ especially who she's in love with. Derek, what an idiot. Really if you step back a bit, you realize the two deserve each other. Alex the idiot. Seriously, he is a kamakazi truth teller. Idiot. George, who had that hideous self imposed haircut, for at least 5 episodes. Izzie, who can't get past....well, her past. How hard she's worked to put herself through med school. Accepts a proposal from a patient who dies, then decides not to be a doctor. Cristina, brilliant, self centered. Also stupid. Ugh. No matter how often I throw up my hands and given up. But......it's a bit like a train wreck. You can't look away, even though it's not polite to stare. Anyone else?
Love, 365
