A new roof on the horizon......

Well, we were lucky.  The adjuster came and approved a total replacement for the roof.  The funds we already received will cover the majority of the replacement, which is a huge relief.  The work will start the Thursday after Labor Day.  

I also received this from Romeo:

I just had to get it in writing. :-)
